Refund Policy

 

Any money paid is transferable, but not refundable.

1. All fees must be paid in full to be transferred.

2. Transfers may only be made to a new person. No fees may be transferred to an existing registration.

3. It is the responsibility of  the registrant to find a substitute registrant should transfer of registration be necessary.

4. Any transfers of registrations must be made in writing and acknowledged and agreed upon by all parties prior to July 25, 2025.
